A man was arrested in Windsor on Tuesday after police found him carrying a folding knife classified as a prohibited weapon.Tyler Sprague, 23, of Windsor, has been charged with possession of a prohibited weapon, possession of a weapon for a dangerous purpose, breach of probation, and breach of a prohibition order.Officers responded on Tuesday around 12:15 p.m. to a report of a male brandishing a knife while running around in the 900 block of Giles Boulevard West, off Crawford Avenue.Multiple police units converged on the area. Witnesses told officers that the suspect had entered a nearby business. They said they saw him carrying a knife in a dangerous manner.The suspect was located at the business standing at an entrance. Officers noticed the knife hanging from his rear waistline.The man was arrested without trouble.
