Dalton Risner was heading back to Wiggins, and the whole community was invited to come welcome the newly minted Denver Bronco at a parade happening at 5 p.m. Saturday. By 5 p.m. Saturday, people had indeed turned out to line the streets in Wiggins in anticipation of Risner’s triumphant return to his home town as a Bronco.
