Calgary bartenders recently went head to head to determine the best mixologist in the city.The Made With Love competition had 18 barchefs whipping up amazing drink creations to determine who would go on to compete at the national event in May 2020.Ian Storcer of Cannibale won the Judge’s Choice award with his Campari-based cocktail which was paried with a Campari marshmallow dipped with chocolate and graham crackers. John Fairholm of Confluence Distilling won the Public’s Choice award with his Disaronno-based cocktail paired with apple tartare.Both will compete against the best Canadian mixologists at the Made With Love finale next spring.
