The usual weekend road closings will affect motorists today, especially tonight as Montreal’s International Fireworks Competition ends it run at La Ronde. Highway 720Highway 720 and Highway 20 West will be completely closed between Exit 5 (Robert-Bourassa Blvd., Champlain Bridge) and the entrance to the ramp from Route 138 East, in the St-Pierre Interchange, until 5 a.m. on Monday. Highway 20Highway 20 East will be completely closed between Exit 63 (Mercier Bridge) and the entrance to Angrignon Blvd. until Monday at 5 a.m.Two out of three lanes on Highway 20 East between Exit 60 (Highway 13) and 62 (1st Ave.) will also be closed at that time. Highway 13Two of the four northbound lanes of the Louis-Bisson Bridge will be closed from Friday until Monday at 5 a.m. One of the three southbound lanes of the bridge will also be closed during that time. FireworksOn Saturday, the Jacques-Cartier Bridge will be completely closed from 8:30 p.m. to 11:30 p.m. for fireworks.
