A Vancouver police special constable has been charged after a collision with a cyclist last summer, the B.C. Prosecution Service announced Friday.VPD special Const. Michael Mazziotti has been charged with driving without due care and attention following an investigation by the Independent Investigation Office of B.C.The charge relates to a collision on July 29, 2018 between a police safety cruiser and a cyclist at Burrard Street and Pacific Boulevard.
